John Cena has been confirmed to appear on the WWE Raw in Dallas, Texas this week.
On the July 18 edition of WWE Raw, Roman Reigns and John Cena had a confrontation after Money in the Bank.
During Sunday night’s Money in the Bank pay-per-view, John Cena made his victorious return to the WWE. The 16-time world champion revealed soon after the event concluded that he would start this week’s Monday Night Raw in Dallas, so fans won’t have to wait long to see him again. In the announcement, Cena said, “Money in the Bank stunned the globe with so many twists and turns that it has left the WWE Universe with a slew of unanswered concerns. What is it? Who is it? When, where, and why did you do it? Among other things. So, instead of making you wait for answers, I’m going to start Monday Night Raw by telling you about my motivation, and you won’t want to miss it.”
Cena’s entrance cut short Roman Reigns’ victory speech after he successfully defended his WWE Universal Championship against Edge in the main event of the night. The major story that has been circulating for the last month is that the two will face off at SummerSlam’s main event.

However, one issue that remains as Raw approaches is whether or not there will be any follow-up to John Cena’s final appearance in a WWE ring. The F9 star was forced to relive his biggest career failures after losing the epic Firefly Fun House Match against “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt at WrestleMania 36, culminating in his vanishing. Despite the fact that Wyatt hasn’t been on WWE TV since the night of WrestleMania 37, Cena has said in interviews that he wants to continue the narrative where it left off.
“I don’t believe it’s about outdoing what you’ve already accomplished. In May, Cena told Den of Geek, “I believe it’s about properly maintaining a story.” “And I believe that is the most crucial point. I mean, I main evented two WrestleManias with The Rock, and then I was in the center of the card versus the newbie the following WrestleMania, and then I would shift through the card against other genuine newcomers for secondary championships or even up to the point of being a fan. However, it was my contribution to the story. It wasn’t like I was yelling at the top of my lungs, “I was the main event, therefore I have to keep being a major event.”
“I’ve always had a deep sense of pleasure in helping where I could, since I know how common it is for artists to feel complacent. And they are constantly striving for the top position, even though there is only one. “However, I think that a place is an opportunity to contribute,” Cena stated. “As a result, it won’t be about that.” It will simply be if the story continues in an engaging and accurate manner. I’m desperate to go back into WWE… I eagerly anticipate my return. It’s not going to be a Firefly Funhouse match. ‘Why?’ is the first inquiry I’ll pose. The next question I’ll pose is, “Where do we proceed from here?” And if both of them say, ‘I don’t know,’ that’s OK because it implies I can come up with something on my own.”
